3. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, including:

  • Participating in rewards, referral, or discount programs in compliance with our policies.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.

4. Rewards & Tokens

  • Tokens or rewards earned in-app have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated.
  • Tokens may be redeemed only within the Platform for discounts, giveaways, or perks.
  • Tokens cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

5. Referral Program

  • Referrers and referred users must be active (logging in and using the app at least once every two weeks for six months).
  • Fraudulent or manipulative referral activity is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, text, images, and content on the Platform belong to Cash 4 Edu. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

  • The Platform and its content are provided "as is".
  • Cash 4 Edu makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scholarship listings or partner offers.
  • Users are responsible for verifying eligibility and application details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cash 4 Edu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
